Hot Water and Heart Attack

Since my broadband's was sooo slow yesterday, I got fed up after several attempts of posting my posts and abandoned it altogether. How about we talk about health for a change.

The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water. Health-wise, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.

I have adopted it quite long ago.......more warm/lukewarm water and less cold beverages. So why don't you? It will help to smoothen your stool too....Do you know that most attack happens in early morning 4am to 7am...?

Yes, it is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consume.

It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.

Soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

Common Symptoms Of Heart Attack...
A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting . Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.

You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive.

So, say no to cold water :D

Recently a volcano that had been dormant for 9,000 years near the coast of Chile erupted spectacularly, hurling liquified metals and lightning many miles into the sky.

The results, which you see here, are called a 'dirty thunderstorm' and are quite rare.

Nobody is certain what causes them, but according to National Geographic it's believed to be 'the result of rock fragments, ash, and ice particles in the plume colliding to produce static charges - just as ice particles collide to create charge in regular thunderstorms.'

A famous French shipbuilder ship company and one of Monaco joined hands together to build this yacht with enormous dimensions: the WHY 58x38. (58meter long and 38 meter wide) After the first pictures of this project.

Wally et Hermès use green energy to 20 to 30% fuel savings and 40 to 50% electricity consumption on board. Therefore there are 900 m2 equipped with solar panels, producing a daily output of 500 kW.

Three decks, a 25 meter pool, a spa helicopterpad a 100m2 with hammam, sauna, gym and massage room, a promenade of 130 meter, a music room, a dining room, a cinema, sun decks, suites, terraces, a lounge. The luxury is at the rendezvous.

The decks are connected by stairs but there is also an elevator.

The yacht, an area of 3400 m2 with seating for 12 passengers and 20 crew.

This is a "green" yacht.

With an area of 200m2 and completely covers the third deck. (This is the bedroom) The sea view is great and there is a private terrace of 25 meter long.

1)Langkah Pertama- dalam urutan cakaran harimau ialah seseorang isteri perlu mengurut tengkuk suami mereka dengan penuh kasih sayang memandangkan bahagian itu terdapat banyak urat tegang yang perlu diuraikan.

2)Langkah Kedua
- mengurut pada bahagian bahu hingga ke lengan dan diikuti ....

3)Langkah Ketiga- dengan membuat `jemput-jemput' pada bahagian tulang belikat.

4)Langkah Keempat & 5)Langkah Kelima- merupakan sentuhan yang cukup penting dan perlu kreatif dan ia dimulai dengan `cakaran harimau' - menggunakan kuku yang telah dipotong bermula dari bahagian tengkuk membawa ke pinggang.

Cakaran itu hendaklah diselang-selikan dengan urutan labah-labah, bermula dari pinggang hingga ke bahagian tengkuk. Perlu diingat cakaran itu hendaklah berupa cakaran manja dan dilakukan dengan penuh kasih sayang,'' jelasnya kepada Utusan Malaysia hari ini.
